[Sleeping Gods](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/255984/sleeping-gods) is an excellent tabletop game from Red Raven Games. The game includes a mechanic that allows players to "fatigue" their crew members. In doing so, the player places one of these fatigue tokens on their crew board, with two tokens applying a severe ability handicap. These tokens are a replacement for the cut-out tokens included in the game.
