I tried out an idea for a photograph that didn't quite work, so I decided to give my boyfriend a new look by turning him into a 3D low-poly hand-painted model. What do you think of the result? The model was created in Blender and then refined in Maya with UV mapping. It was painted by hand using Substance Painter.
