I built the 3D model using Blender, but I struggled to work with materials in that program, so it appears metallic due to a lack of proper control over texture and color settings. In contrast, Unity - which is my preferred platform for developing games - offers robust options for defining textures and colors, effectively negating this issue. Some parts of this 3D model were generated using photographs from Textures.com.
