This model showcases an old Tokyo building, crafted using 3ds Max 2013 software. Unfortunately, it cannot be subdivided. Intended for real-time use within a videogame, the low-poly design reflects an accurate representation of the structure with each unit equating to one centimeter. The model consists of 523 separate objects and features 44,211 quads and 526 triangles. It exclusively uses standard materials, and renders via Mental Ray. All presentation images are unaltered, having been rendered through the 2013 Mental Ray version without any Photoshop or compositing manipulation. They come with lights included in the file for easy rendering. Textures include three 4096 x 4096 PSD files, eight 2048 x 2048 PSD files, twenty-two 1024 x 1024 PSD files, one 821 x 725 PSD file, two 735 x 703 PSD files, one 612 x 408 JPG file, six 512x 512 PSD files and four accompanying JPG files. The editable texture files are also included in .PSD and .JPG formats. Notably, the model adheres to a real-world scale, with dimensions of 465 centimeters in X, 612 centimeters in Y, and 708 centimeters in Z.
