Ready to print 3D models - Part by Part Saul Hudson (born July 23, 1965, in Hampstead, London) is a musician and composer known professionally as Slash. He is the lead guitarist of the American rock group Guns N' Roses, back with the band after nearly twenty years away. In 2004, he formed Velvet Revolver with fellow Guns N' Roses musicians Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, plus guitarist Dave Kushner (formerly of Suicidal Tendencies) and singer Scott Weiland. Slash started Slash's Snakepit in 1994 and released two albums in 1995 and 2000 while taking a break from composing new music. He later formed Slash's Blues Ball as an all-live band playing classic blues songs. Critics praise Slash as one of the best guitarists around. Time Magazine named him first on their 2009 list of top electric guitarists, and in 2012 he entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside other Guns N' Roses members. Rolling Stone ranked Slash at #65 on its 2011 list of all-time great guitarists, and in 2016, Slash reunited with Guns N' Roses after a dispute that drove him apart from Axl Rose.
