This DIY safety switch is inspired by the guide at http://rick.sparber.org/ssw.pdf, but made from a 3D printed design instead of MDF. You'll find Solidworks 2011 files in zip format for easy use. To assemble, print two parts and secure with two 6-32 screws (3/4 inch long) as per the photo. Ensure correct orientation when mounting to a Decora switch. For added authenticity, paint or print it red, or refer to the PDF guide in the link for further details.
