SLAB / Cynthia / Silly SCAR MXL spigots adding Normal Mega compatibility

Remix of the mega xl spigot trivictus scar attachment for the SLAB, github containting all those here: https://github.com/Sillybutts/SLAB essentially just put the inside of the mega shell from Nebacer's pilot mega shell into the end of the mxl spigot, then that but its at the end of the normal scar barrel portion, and then finally an extended version that fits the full foam length of a mega dart. I don't recommend using the last file, it doesn't seem to improve performance much, and at least for me, makes it infeasible to still barrel-stuff full length darts (useful for plinking with suction darts) properly, unlike the scar+mega spigot, where I can just barely fully stuff the dart without getting my pinky trapped (I do have thick fingers to be fair) Performance wise, the mega, when it doesn't flub, which a few darts seem to consistently, hits hard enough to be fun, probably even useful in a war. The megaxl definitely doesnt shoot as well off the end of the extended versions, especially the very long one, but it does fire still. short darts should work exactly as well as with the stock trivictus scar mxl spigot, for the extended file, and as well as without it for the mega only file. Personally, I'm leaving the mega+scar one on my slab for the time being, as it just increases the types of ammo I can shoot against a wall with my very cool lever action. ~~Slight chance I add one more version that's the MegaMegaXLTrivictusScar + rival, just make the end part of the mega portion thin walled enough for rival (or add a thicker piece on the end but I think that might look terrible)~~ So it seems that Nerf Brand rival balls will fire enjoyably well if pushed all the way back in the mega portion. (I mainly have some denser knockoff, that will get stuck if jammed that far in) Also I tried making a portion that was wider, and while it looked fine in tinkercad it sure did not print properly, so this is done for now. At least until I inevitably do this but for ultra, for the laughs. Need ultra that isn't broken for that though.
