SLA (resin) 3D printer LCD Test

SLA (resin) 3D printer LCD Test

thingiverse

This is an LCD test for pretty much any SLA printer, I made this for my Voxelab Polaris, but you can scale it to fit your bed (make sure you have uniform scaling off so the height isn't affected). Note: the printer I tested this on was heavily damaged as shown in the photos. Video of test: https://youtu.be/aXWEFWWt3uQ How to use: Slice the STL, with .05mm layer height, and 10s exposure for bottom layers. Remove resin vat, and build plate. Put a piece of paper on the LCD (this helps the results be more apparent, and protects your eyes.) Results: In the first 10s, the entire display should light up, check for any black spots, this represents dead pixels. After that there will be an "X" followed by vertical lines, you can check to make sure it is displayed properly.
