Print nph.stl in clear resin, and nph_shell.stl in opaque material. Insert WS2812B into square recess of nph.stl and solder wires to it with 100n capacitor as per picture reference. Secure with clear printer resin drops and a UV laser (405 nm). Dip fibre ends in clear printer resin and pack them into the cylindrical recess. Use UV laser pointer to cure and bond fibres in place. Carefully slide nph_shell.stl down the fibres onto nph.stl. Seal together with more clear printer resin and UV laser pointer, aiming for a weatherproof seal that fills the space thoroughly.
