SL1 hose adapter

This is a custom adapter for Prusa SL1 printers, designed for use with flexible plumbing hose having a diameter of 40mm. To install, first remove the existing backplate and filter, then push in the new printed backplate and screw it down securely. Since the old backcover no longer serves any purpose, you can disregard it altogether. I attempted to utilize the original backcover and its built-in blower fan but found that they were insufficient for the task at hand. To rectify this situation, I acquired a 40mm fan and designed a custom cover featuring a power supply jack and switch. This allows the fan to operate even when the SL1 is powered off, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for resin curing. The old fan was then relocated using four thick double-sided tapes, positioned slightly higher than its original location. I deliberately chose not to remove it, as I am unsure if there are any sensors monitoring the presence of a rear blower fan. Next, cut the hose approximately 20cm from its end and attach the fan assembly securely. For added convenience, you can purchase two vacuum holders and mount them on the holder part, which can be screwed onto the white holder that comes with the hose. This will enable you to stick the hose to a window for optimal visibility. To complete the installation, apply two-sided tape to secure the funnel to the hose, then screw it firmly into place on the SL1 side. Images are provided for your reference, illustrating each step of the assembly process in detail. Additionally, the source code (Fusion 360) for the adapter part is included for your benefit.
