This design is quite easy to implement. Aluminum foil is used as a heat exchanger. The frames can be printed, but I was thinking about laser cutting. It is better to make the channel thickness minimal. Somewhere in the range of 1...3 mm. The foil is glued to the frames with a spray adhesive.The air supply needs to be printed, the shape is complex. Thin foam seal for sealing.
