My vision of a feeder for a Pick and Place machine. The main material is 0.5 thick sheet metal. Laser cutting. Such a feeder retains its compactness. The main elements are easily scaled for other tape widths. The whole mechanism is driven by a solenoid alone. A clever combination of levers and hooks consistently push the tape forward. The protective tape is also tightened by the same mechanism.
