This design is designed for balancing microturbines. Mr. Negoda makes them by hand. A master of his craft. I hope he likes my solution. All the details can be printed, or made on an electric erosion machine (of course space, but suddenly someone will help him). Two-axis accelerometers can be used for balancing. I have less knowledge with electronics. But if someone helps with this, then the thing will be great.
