SkyWatcher 9x50 Finderscope to Male C-Mount Adaptor
grabcad
This is a 3D printable adapter I designed to convert the SkyWatcher 9x50 Finderscope into a precision Guide scope attachment. You can easily connect many standard Guide cameras with a female C-Mount thread, such as the QHY5 series and smaller ZWO cameras, among others. The adaptor consists of three printed parts: A, B, and C. Once all parts are successfully printed, carefully fit Part B into Part A, ensuring a tight yet rotating fit when some force is applied. Then, run glue (I used Superglue) around the shoulder of Part C with caution. Part C should then be snapped onto Part A, retaining Part B while allowing it to rotate freely. This means you can adjust your camera to the desired rotation even if the Guidescope remains locked in place. I printed my own using a 0.15mm layer height, four walls, three top & bottom layers, and 100% concentric infill (or whatever settings you prefer).
