This is a full aperture Solar Filter Cell/holder for the Skywatcher 190MN telescope. You will also need glue and some Baader Solar Safety Film (A4 will be enough) I've made out of PLA* but I live in the UK which experiences temperatures of 0-30 degrees Celsius, PLA might not be suitable in your region so do some research. * I've used PLA on my telescope/mount for years with no real problems but your experience may differ. If you haven't observed the Sun before do so with caution, ideally with someone who is experienced from your local Astronomy society or at least do your research.
