I'm feeling a bit under the weather today, and to be honest, I think it's probably because I didn't get enough rest last night. I know that's not an ideal excuse, but it's the truth! Usually, when I don't get sufficient sleep, my body starts to feel sluggish, and my mind gets foggy. It's like my brain is stuck in neutral, and I just can't seem to get out of first gear.
