Reach out to us at sales@quadframesuk.co.uk with your ideas and we'll bring them to life! Find the perfect spot for mounting the hook on the underside of the X5, just ahead of the Center of Gravity. Use this spot as your guide to carefully remove any excess foam. Insert double-sided tape into the hook's attachment points and gently press it onto the bottom of the X5. Take care not to apply too much force! Take a 3mm drill bit and insert it into the pre-drilled holes in the hook, turning it slowly by hand until you break through the other side into the compartment bay. Keep the bit as upright as possible to avoid any damage. Repeat this process for each of the four attachment points. Gently push 4 x M3 screws through the hook and into the compartment bay, taking care not to apply too much force. Place the inner plate over the screws and use 4 x M3 nuts to secure it firmly in place. As you tighten, make sure to pinch the foam on both sides with each turn.
