This high-detailed skyscraper model comes with materials and is ready for immediate use in your scene. The model hails from Archmodels vol. 71, and is available in several formats including MAX, MXS, 3DS, FBX, OBJ, and Maxwell Studio Renderer v.1.7 (may not be fully compatible with newer versions). There are options for Fryrender *.max, Maxwell *.max (important: may not be fully compatible with newer versions of Maxwell 1.5 and 1.7), Mental Ray *.max, Scanline *.max, V-Ray *.max, and a general *.max format for 2008 or higher. Each format features the model without materials, except for the specified renderer formats which include materials.
