Pieces are arranged by chess piece height, not actual size; as references were used, scale might be off. New York connections of MakerBot and the top pieces are likely coincidental. The King is the World Trade Center, Queen - One World Trade Center, Bishops - Empire State Building, Knights - Willis (Sears) Tower, Rooks - Petronas Towers, and Pawn - Eiffel Tower.
