Hello to everyone!! I created this project as an entry for a competition, but then decided not to participate. Instead, I wanted to build a sustainable skyscraper that would showcase innovative design and functionality. As you can see, the structure features three identical openings that house vertical wind turbines. Due to its unique shape, the structure captures the wind and directs it into these openings, where it is harnessed by the turbines. The interior of the structure is filled with various materials and textures that add depth and visual interest. The project was adapted for use in Unreal Engine and can be easily downloaded from here. Simply double-click on the file to begin exploring the virtual environment. With a version number of 4.25, this model is ready for use in games or simulations. In addition to the Unreal Engine file, I have also included a SKP file for Sketchup that allows you to view and interact with the design from a different perspective. The Photoshop file contains a design concept that I found particularly inspiring, and may provide valuable insights and ideas for your own projects. With 15 materials and 21 high-quality textures (3k and hires), this model is incredibly detailed and realistic. Some key statistics about the project include: 84,979 building polygons, 132,625 vertices, and a total of 2,178,037 polygons with 1,181,201 vertices when including the landscape. Please note that trees are not included in this model. The interior of the structure features lights and cameras that allow for easy navigation and exploration. This is a versatile model that can be used in a variety of contexts, from games to architecture. I had a great time creating this project, and I hope you enjoy it as well!
