This is a realistic, full-scale model of a modern skyscraper building created by an experienced architect. USAGE This model is perfect for exterior visualization, real-time applications, and game development, as well as architecture, consulting, and educational purposes. The units used are in centimeters. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is high-quality, with clean edges that flow smoothly together. Geometry has been carefully tested to ensure there are no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit the geometry as needed. A shell modifier has been applied to glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layer: BLD_glass, BLD_slabs, and BLD_walls. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometry testing. MATERIALS This model includes both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures are included in the 3dsMax file archive. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials have been named properly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plug-ins are required to use this model.
