I crafted this Skyrim key chain using Autodesk Inventor. I printed it with ABS filament utilizing my robotics team's XYZ da Vinci 1.0 printer on "excellent" quality settings at a slow print speed, achieving a layer height of 0.1mm and an infill density of 90% solidity. I scaled the x-axis to 1 inch (25.4 mm) for maximum durability. To give it a premium finish, post-processing entailed meticulously sanding it with 120-grit and 220-grit sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges, carefully tidying up each one with an X-ACTO knife, and infusing it with protection by submerging it in an acetone vapor bath.
