This is the full 36" sword. I'm planning to release an updated version that will fit perfectly on a 210x250 bed soon, but until then, you'll have to break it down into smaller pieces yourself. To make the process smoother, I recommend using Blender for editing. If you're interested in getting a print of this STL file, I sell them through my Etsy store.
