The model had been adjusted to ensure accuracy. Additionally, the surfaces on the original model had some improperly aligned normals, which I rectified by recalculating them within Blender. As a result, everything is now printing correctly. It's peculiar that the source file was in .blender format, implying that the OP could have also performed this correction prior to sharing it. Furthermore, it's intriguing that the model had been flipped initially, but no further investigation is warranted at this point.
