SKY A380 BC: All Nippon Airways, previously Japanese low-cost carrier Skymark Airlines, ordered six Airbus A380 aircraft at one time. Bankruptcy proceedings were initiated against Skymark in 2015, and ANA subsequently acquired control of the airline later that year as a result of the acquisition. As part of their purchase agreement with Skymark, ANA is entitled to receive three previously owned Skymark A380 aircraft starting from mid-2018.
