This three-dimensional model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other formats. The native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max 2016 scene can also be used with the Vray 3.00 rendering engine. A master plan involving two phases and consisting of a three-building composition was created. One building reaches an impressive height of 125 meters, comprising rooms types A (302 square meters) and B (266 square meters). The second building is a whopping 47 stories high and is topped with a ladder for the inhabitants to reach their residences. The third building stands at an even more modest 43 floors tall. A total of five hundred twenty households can be accommodated within these structures, complete with dedicated nanny elevators and access points available in rooms. In particular, the first building's twelve-floor layout includes dedicated lifts. Moreover, all buildings possess floor body marble facades which represent the epitome of luxurious living conditions, exemplifying super high-rise apartments with exquisite top-level decoration.
