Skyhunter Boom Hinge

This is a custom hinge for the full-size Skyhunter. This design draws inspiration from Moggiex's original (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3109092); however, I aimed to create a hinge that would fit seamlessly over the booms and be easy to fold/unfold without requiring any tools. To assemble each side, print a pivot pin, a locking pin, and two hinges (rotate one of the hinges 180 degrees to fit snugly into the other). The pivot pin is secured in place with a small amount of CA adhesive. I acquired two tiny hairpin cotter pins from Home Depot to hold the locking pins firmly in place. The hinges are attached to the boom using small screws. I printed it standing upright on the opposite end, away from the hinge, utilizing a brim to keep it stable during printing.
