Skyhook
thingiverse
Hello there, all you masters of 3D magic! This is your chance to shatter gravity's hold. Can your viewers defy its grasp? Give them a try! Now, unleash your magical harness, and together let us vanquish gravity! First, locate the Skyhook's slot and place your belt over it while feeding the other end into the socket, as shown in the illustration. Ta-da! Your audience will be awestruck by this wonder! Now, you must ask: How does it work? Envision a revolving wheel with its center positioned at the bottom of the Skyhook's slot and the other at the belt itself. The belt is creating rotational force - "torque" extending to the Skyhook's tip, effectively holding it aloft. Thank you for taking a look! Instructions The model was created using Tinkercad and should take under an hour to print out. Using .2mm layer thickness, I set my slicer for three bottom layers and five top solid layers so that 1mm high letters stay solid.
