Skyfire Action Master Style-Larger
pinshape
This Action Master style Skyfire is in response to a request by IsaacmusPrime for a Jetfire toy, which stands out with its larger size compared to standard Action Masters. To print this model successfully, I recommend printing the head on its back using supports, while positioning the arms on their side with post parts sticking up and also using supports. The backpack should be printed standing upright on its jets with supports, and it's best not to replicate my original attempt of placing them on the back, as it resulted in an unattractive design. Additionally, I suggest printing the upper legs with the smaller hole facing downwards and utilizing supports. Similarly, the back jets should be printed on their sides using supports. Almost all parts will require supports during printing, except for a few exceptions that will become clear in the instructions below. Assembly Instructions: The body and back of the Skyfire should snap together once finished, which was achieved by designing the jetpack post to fit into the entire body. Leg accessories should be printed with their slot holes facing downwards. Using superglue, attach the leg accessories securely onto the legs. Two small screws will be necessary for attaching the upper legs to the waist; the kind used in a PC will suffice. Optional Accessories: Due to printing constraints, I only printed two guns that matched the required height, which was crucial for achieving the correct barrel design. If you prefer, you can print alternative objects of similar height, like a sacrificial block, instead of the guns. Print Settings: Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2-0.3 Infill: 20%
