They're reviving a small set piece from an earlier scene to give it some extra attention! On the rickety platforms elevated high above the ground by massive Grav-tek engines, Mutants and outcasts gather around trading various goods coming in on trade freighters while getting toasted on bio-slime. Make sure you double-check your glass before downing that sweet, sweet goo - there have been reports of loose "organic material" floating around in the slime!
