The Skyblade frame is engineered with strength and printability in mind, particularly for the Printrbot Simple Metal. I've taken existing designs from Thingiverse as a foundation to create a drone frame that's easy to build and fly. This frame can be fully assembled using zip ties, despite initial doubts about its sturdiness. Surprisingly, it feels very rigid and I've encountered no structural integrity issues. With 10" blades fitted between the arms, there is ample clearance for smooth operation. Using 10" blades, the drone responds quickly and stays stable while also delivering plenty of power for a thrilling experience. The components I'm using result in an incredibly quiet flight, which I attribute to the Sunnysky motors. So far, I haven't experienced any speed controller oscillation issues that many others have complained about, thanks to the Afro 30A ESCs' excellent performance. The Skyblade frame features mounting holes for various components: CC3D Flight Controller, Hobbyking Actioncam Gimbal, Hobbyking Bullet Connector Power Distribution Board, and SunnySky X2212 KV980 II Motors. The Skyblade frame was designed using Fusion360.
