The Sky Light is a drone attachment specifically designed for the Horus Kestrel drone frame, available for download as part of the Challenge #3 contest. Its primary function is to act as a bright floodlight in the sky, helping individuals navigate dark paths and providing enhanced security through video recording. Ideal for autonomous drones that follow controllers or outdoor enthusiasts such as hikers and fishermen, it allows exploration of the path ahead or shoreline. The LED light assembly can be easily assembled and dismantled without tools, as demonstrated in the "DRONE_LT_ASM_SEQ.PDF" file accompanying the CAD files. Additionally, this quick-connect concept can be applied to other accessories like directional microphones.
