I created a new orange plastic mount to fit my custom boardcam, since the original wouldn't work for me, and included a .skp file for a blank mount so others can modify it for their camera needs. A rubber band, the same size as those used on the canopy, is all you need to hold your camera firmly in place on this new mount. I updated my cam mount design with version 2, which significantly reduces vertical play when shooting at steep angles. However, I recommend sticking with the original if you plan to shoot mostly flat scenes.
