I used the Skull LED Lamp to make this Halloween decoration. By carefully dislocating the jaw and adding a holder and servo to it I made it mobile. I added round spacers inside the skull to hold RGB LEDs in place. I glued them in. By adding a black cloth skirt around the bottom it makes a great window display. I used a Parallax Propeller board as a microcontroller with an added wav file speaker for the sounds. Here is a video link.
