I've got the headphones now, but they're broken, just like most of those other headphones, according to a quick search online. I found a replacement print that didn't quite cut it, so I decided to create this one instead. After stopping at revision 0.7, I'm happy with how it turned out, and you can find all the previous revisions in the blend file if you're interested. While there are still some kinks to work out, it's definitely usable for now. One thing to keep in mind is that this design has a strong interference fit, which might require pliers to get everything lined up properly. When removing the support material, be careful not to break any of the thin parts - they can snap off easily if you're not gentle. If possible, consider using soluble filament for the supports instead. That way, you won't have to worry about breaking anything while removing them. I did encounter some issues with slicing and printing the thinnest parts on my device, but it's not a huge deal - they still turned out pretty good. I left those areas of the design open to accommodate different printing methods in case someone wants to try something else. So far, SLS has yielded the best results for me.
