I've got the headphones right here. They're broken, just like most of those others I looked up quickly online. I found a replacement print but it didn't quite cut it for me, so I designed this one instead. I stopped at revision 0.7 because it's good enough for my needs. You can find all the previous revisions in the blend file if you're interested. It still has some quirks, but it's definitely usable. One thing to keep in mind is that it has a strong interference fit, so you might need to use pliers to get it to fit properly. Since the parts are pretty thin, be careful when removing the support or they can break off easily. If possible, consider using soluble filament for the support instead.
