EDIT: After incorporating user feedback, I added an exterior component that's somewhat rough around the edges in version 0.3, but it fits and functions as intended. I've got the replacement headphones now. Unfortunately, they've already broken down at the same spot where most of these headphones tend to fail, according to a quick online search. After scouring through possible solutions, I found an alternative print that didn't quite meet my expectations, so I decided to create this one myself. I stopped refining it at version 0.7 since it works well enough for my needs. You can access earlier revisions within the blend file if you're interested in seeing how it developed over time. Although it still has some minor issues, it's definitely usable. One thing to note is that the design relies on a strong interference fit, which may require using pliers to get everything seated properly.
