The grim token serves as a tangible embodiment of fate's capricious hand, its skeletal visage a haunting reminder that even the most carefully laid plans can be turned upside down by the cruel whims of destiny. I use this foreboding icon at my Dark Heresy table to represent the fate points, those intangible yet crucial tokens that hold sway over the course of our desperate struggle for survival in the grim darkness of the 41st millennium.
