Skull Clothespin

myminifactory

2014 Halloween Design Competition Entry: Curiosity Cabinet This is a standard clothespin transformed into a skull at its end. Opening the pin moves the jaw of the skull. The uploaded file includes four STL files, each serving a specific purpose. One (skull_pin_complete.stl) is primarily for visualization and showcases the parts in their final orientation. The other three are designed for printing and consist of the bottom and top sections of the pin, as well as the top hemisphere of the skull. The skull has been divided into two parts to facilitate printing without support. After printing, the top of the skull must be attached to its counterpart using adhesive. To assemble the final pin, you will need the spring from a standard clothespin. Please note that not all springs will fit due to varying geometries found in different pins.
