Polygon count increases dramatically in the transition to Skull_Cave from 26894 polygon in its native state to 17715 polygon after first-level data reduction. The corresponding decrease in vertex count jumps up 27027 vertices originally found to 8989 vertices. With the next step down into reduced level LOD2, the polygon numbers shrink again from 17715 down to a meager 12560 and along with it an additional drastic drop in the number of vertices that goes from 8989 to just 6411. Another round of vertex count reduction shows its effects immediately with another steep plunge downward from 12560 polygons to a much reduced total count of only 7405, meanwhile bringing down vertices total numbers significantly as well by dropping it off dramatically from 6411 vertices to the much smaller number of just 3835. Resolution stands firm at a steadfast texture size of 4096*4096 for display purposes. Model exported ready for rendering and play-testing in multiple game development software formats, namely: obj,fbx,blend.
