I combined the Ender 3 Pro Fan Silencer by Lyl3 and the Skull Face by Vendageek to create a unique mashup. I also merged it with the Skull Face featuring a QR cover from Thingiverse, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. To achieve optimal results, I separated the silencer and skull to print them at different layer heights: .2 for the silencer and .12 for the skull, allowing for better detail. I secured them together using super glue. I designed a custom "Stop at Height" extension in Cura to display the Ender logo in green, adding an extra touch of customization. To maintain the square shape of the negative space, I added supports to the skull and also filled a small gap between its back teeth and the bed with a dab of supports. I'm hoping that the tolerances are correct for a snug fit, but if not, some minor filing on the silencer's block should resolve any issues. This custom setup matches perfectly with the QR Cover, creating a cohesive look.
