Remix of Celtic Skull made by artec3d Rescaled model, created a hole to thread paracord through. Found the voodoo doll on an EDC forum posted below, where you'll find instructions on how to make it. Its basically a double Matthew Walker Knot with another strand of paracord threaded through the top.
