Skull and Crossbones
thingiverse
A high school geometry student created a Skull and Crossbones design using openSCAD software in conjunction with the MakerBot. To introduce the z-axis, coding, and concepts such as intersection, union, and rigid transformations, they spent two class periods learning openSCAD and were given two weeks to work on their projects outside of class.
