Hallo, das ist eine Halteplatte für das SKR Pro V1.2 32Bit Board. Mit dieser ist es möglich das Board an ein Blech oder eine Seitenwand des Druckers zu schrauben. Dazu werden M3 Schrauben und M3 Vierkanntmuttern benötigt. Dazu 3 Lüfter 40x40x10 um die Treiber zu kühlen. Gerade bei den TMC Treibern ist eine gut Kühlung sehr wichtig. Diese Erhebungen in der Platte stützen das SKR Board beim aufstecken der Treiber, Stecker und verschrauben der Kabel. Sie verhindern das durchbiegen des SKR Borads. 19 Stück Vierkantmuttern M3 5,5mmx1,8mm hoch DIN562 11 Stück M3 x 20 Innensechskant Schrauben DIN912 für die 3 Lüfter 4 Stück M3x10 Innensechskant Schrauben DIN912 um das Board auf die Platte zu verschrauben Dazu noch M3 Schrauben in passender Länge um die Platte an der zu montierenden Wand oder Blech zu verschrauben. ACHTUNG diese dürfen nicht zu lang sein um das Board nicht zu beschädigen oder einen Kurzschluss zu verursachen!!!! Siehe Bilder!!! Die Länge der Schraube sollte die Wanddicke oder Blechdicke + 6mm maximal sein. Die Muttern liegen im Material darum muss der Druck auf der Höhe von 4mm mit einer Pause unterbrochen werden um diese einzulegen und wird danach fortgesetzt. Das ganze passt gut zwischen zwei Platten die mit einem 40er Aluprofil verbunden sind. Die Schablone ist dazu da um die Positionen der Bohrungen in die Wand oder das Blech zu markieren.
