SKR Pico & Raspberry Pi 4 Enclosure
thingiverse
Even though my BTT SKR Pico caught fire when I tried to print at PETG temps on a 12V supply, I was able to get it working again by cleaning up the shorted layers near the power supply screw terminals, and will continue using it for printing PLA. I made this small enclosure to contain the SKR Pico and headless R-Pi 4 connected and powered via UART, with a 40mm fan to keep everything cool. This enclosure fits both boards so long as you've removed all the side connectors on the SKR Pico. I'm not sure why so many control boards splay the connectors out like this, so I soldered my connections directly for cleaner cable management. This should print without supports. I used small coarse-threaded screws that came with RC servos to put everything together. I'm sure you can find something similar that will work if you really want to use this enclosure.
