SKR Mini E3 v2.0 Dummy

Dummy SKR Mini E3 v2.0 board for use to aid in design of enclosures. Included are all major (size) components (outside dimensions). In e.g. the stock Ender 3 Pro case the board sits on top of 4.2mm "stilts" -- but note that the component pins extend ~2mm beneath the board. Note: BTT published a [highly detailed model](https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/blob/master/hardware/BTT%20SKR%20MINI%20E3%20V2.0/3D/BTT%20SKR%20MINI%20E3%20V2.0.step) of this board. However, their model does not include the PCB screw holes.
