SKR 2/SKR 3 Ender 5 Plus Mount

As in that design, I wanted the mount centered in the printer to have access to all ports on the SKR board. But, I wanted to use initeq heat set inserts and change the attachment points a bit, drawing inspiration from [this FFCP SKR mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4894995) that I used on my other printer. I'm using it on the new SKR 3 board for the Ender 5 Plus, but the SKR 3 mounting points are the same as the SKR 2, and I think the SKR 1.x boards too. I printed this in ABS, but PLA or other material should work fine. It's designed to be a press fit on the original board mounting standoffs. I designed it specifically for the Ender 5 Plus, but it will likely work on other variants that use the same main board.
