SKR 1.4 Case Bezel
thingiverse
Bezel for tidy access to SD card and USB socket on SKR 1.4. This bezel allows you to create one easy cutout in the side of your printer's control box, with a small margin for error during cutting and hiding any rough edges behind it. I designed this bezel specifically for my CR10 conversion. To make a cutout for the bezel, measure out an area just over 17mm x 41mm in size. The SKR board should be positioned at least 6mm back from the front of the panel. I used a custom mounting converter plate for the board inside, which you can find on Thingiverse under the ID 4518056. To determine the hole position, refer to the drawing files and use masking tape to mark the USB socket's location on the inside of the control box. Then, move the tape to the outside to mark the cutting position. I used a Dremel cutting disk to cut out the rectangular hole, which makes it easier to create individual holes for the SD card and USB sockets separately.
