Just mirrored the split again and cut out bits at each end, leaving small supports for printing, I'll try printing it in ABS next, unsure if I should enlarge it a bit. After printing, the clips didn't match and there were other issues, so I've removed them now (they will need to be held together with Lego) to see if that makes it mesh better. Third attempt: Lego is now clicky, and the rail height is just right, this was printed in ABS, others may need to be shrunk. I did it with 0.4 nozzle and 100% infill.
