This 3D model was initially built using Sketchup 8 before being transformed into other 3D formats entirely. The native format is .skp, with the 3dsmax scene created in 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00. The upper level boasts a bar, bonus room, theater, and storage area. On the main floor, you'll find a spacious 2-car garage, as well as a kitchen featuring a vaulted ceiling. Additionally, there is a separate dining room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A long hallway connects the front door to the garage door. Yes, that's indeed a blue front entrance. I added some color to create a visually appealing effect. The exterior of this half duplex unit mirrors its renderings accurately. The adjacent unit faces the kitchen side and is separated by a portico. In essence, the roof over the kitchen extends and connects to the mirrored image of the second unit's roof. I might recreate the entire duplex if you'd like to see how it would look in full.
